1. Who we are
MyGoal90 (“the site”) is operated by MyGoal90.
2. What the site is
MyGoal90 is an information site with live scores, statistics, analysis and news for football and basketball. It is not a gaming operator, does not accept bets, does not hold users' money and is not affiliated with OPAP S.A. or any bookmaker. Odds shown come from third parties and are provided for information only.
3. Age
Content about odds and betting-related statistics is intended only for adults over 21, in line with the Greek gaming framework. If you are under 21, do not use those parts of the site.
4. No warranty — no advice
We make every effort to keep data accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of scores, statistics, odds, predictions or articles. Statistical filters, models (e.g. Poisson) and editors' tips are information and opinion, not advice; every decision and its responsibility is yours alone. The track record (✓/✗) concerns the past and does not predict the future.
5. Accounts and user content
You may create a free account to save favourites and notes and to enter the prediction contest. You are responsible for your password. We may disable accounts that breach these terms (e.g. multiple contest accounts, abuse, automated scraping).
6. Contests
Prediction contests are free, require no purchase or deposit and are not gambling. The rules of each contest (duration, scoring, prizes, announcement of winners) are published on the contest page. Adults only; one account per person.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design, texts and analyses of the site belong to its operator. Match data comes from licensed providers; videos are embedded from the competitions' official YouTube channels. Trademarks, team names and logos belong to their owners and appear only for identification. Republishing, systematic scraping and commercial use of content without written permission are prohibited.
8. Advertising and third-party links
The site may contain advertising and links to third parties (e.g. licensed bookmakers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Affiliate partnerships, where present, are marked as such.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damage (direct or indirect, including financial loss from betting) arising from use of or inability to use the site, from errors in data or from downtime.
10. Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page. Greek law applies; the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If any term is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
